A wood-built restaurant in the traditional Japanese style. We specialize in traditional Japanese cuisine, as well as buckwheat noodles and Shinshu Salmon. Our open counter also allows customers to watch katsu (pork cutlets) being hand-fried to order. All seating is Japanese “floor-style,” but there are chairs at the counter. We do not serve beef. We can bring you knives and forks on request.
